En altres paraules, els assistents d\u2019IA no nom\u00e9s recomanen productes: <strong>ja compren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No \u00e9s una dada menor. Fins ara parl\u00e0vem d\u2019IA aplicada al m\u00e0rqueting o a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client, ara entrem en una nova fase: <strong>el comer\u00e7 agentic<\/strong>, on un agent d\u2019IA pot cercar, comparar i executar compres en nom de l\u2019usuari. Shopify ho sap, i per aix\u00f2 col\u00b7labora amb OpenAI, Perplexity AI i Microsoft Copilot per integrar aquest tipus d\u2019interaccions dins la seva plataforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Del clic al \u201cfes-m\u2019ho\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La difer\u00e8ncia entre un bot\u00f3 de compra i un agent d\u2019IA \u00e9s radical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un bot\u00f3 t\u2019espera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un agent <strong>actua per tu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan el consumidor diu \u201ctroba\u2019m unes botes de muntanya que arribin abans del cap de setmana\u201d, l\u2019agent ja ent\u00e9n la intenci\u00f3, compara opcions, comprova disponibilitat i pot completar la compra sense que el client visiti cap web. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que Shopify ha comen\u00e7at a veure als seus n\u00fameros: una nova onada de comandes provinents de \u201ccercadors intel\u00b7ligents\u201d que operen com a mediadors aut\u00f2noms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons la seva enquesta interna, un <strong>64 % dels compradors<\/strong> diu que probablement far\u00e0 servir IA per prendre decisions de compra. \u00c9s el canvi de paradigma m\u00e9s profund que el comer\u00e7 electr\u00f2nic ha viscut des del m\u00f2bil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Una oportunitat\u2026 i una amena\u00e7a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per als comer\u00e7os, l\u2019impacte \u00e9s doble. D\u2019una banda, es multipliquen les oportunitats de venda a trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquests nous canals. Per\u00f2, de l\u2019altra, <strong>es perd control sobre la relaci\u00f3 directa amb el client<\/strong>: si l\u2019agent tria per nosaltres, quin paper juga la marca? Com ens assegurem que el nostre producte sigui \u201crecomanat\u201d o \u201cseleccionat\u201d per un assistent d\u2019IA?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resposta passa per la <strong>dades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els agents necessiten informaci\u00f3 estructurada i accessible per entendre els productes: t\u00edtols clars, descripcions coherents, metadades completes, inventari actualitzat i APIs obertes. Si el teu cat\u00e0leg no \u00e9s llegible per una IA, simplement <strong>no existeixes<\/strong> en aquest nou entorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nous KPI per un nou canal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9 canvia la manera de mesurar l\u2019\u00e8xit. Ja no n\u2019hi haur\u00e0 prou amb parlar de tr\u00e0nsit (en catal\u00e0 no diem tr\u00e0fic per refereir-se a aix\u00f2 \ud83d\ude1b ) o CTR. Els comer\u00e7os hauran de comen\u00e7ar a mesurar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Percentatge de comandes atribu\u00efdes a agents d\u2019IA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valor mitj\u00e0 de comanda per canal agentic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recompra i fidelitzaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s d\u2019interaccions indirectes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost d\u2019adquisici\u00f3 dins d\u2019assistents com ChatGPT o Copilot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El futur del <em>SEO per agents<\/em> (que ja t\u00e9 nom GEO: Generative Engine Optimization) ja ha comen\u00e7at, i ning\u00fa no sap ben b\u00e9 com posicionar-se dins d\u2019una conversa d\u2019IA. Per\u00f2 qui ho descobreixi primer tindr\u00e0 un avantatge estrat\u00e8gic enorme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El paper de les pimes i la consultoria tecnol\u00f2gica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on el teu negoci pot marcar la difer\u00e8ncia. Les pimes no poden competir amb Shopify o Amazon, per\u00f2 s\u00ed poden <strong>preparar-se per ser visibles dins dels nous ecosistemes d\u2019IA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00f2 vol dir auditar dades, integrar APIs, repensar fluxos de compra i comen\u00e7ar a provar amb agents interns que entenguin el cat\u00e0leg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per als consultors i desenvolupadors, \u00e9s una oportunitat clara: ajudar empreses a <strong>fer-se llegibles per a la IA<\/strong>, no nom\u00e9s per a humans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El comer\u00e7 electr\u00f2nic ja no gira al voltant de la pantalla, sin\u00f3 de la intenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan un agent pot interpretar qu\u00e8 vols i comprar per tu, la web deixa de ser la porta principal.
